I've only seen Jetfire/Starscream as stupid "I will rape you even though I am an Autobot and you are a virgin and don't want to", which can die in a corner. I do not understand that pairing. If you want jet-sex, either Jetfire/Thrust or Thrust/Starscream is far more plausible.
