Good point, that. The idea was to use Soundwave's cartoon speech pattern and Shockwave's comic speech pattern, and the latter is probably more at fault here than the former.
Pervert Soundwave is fun to write.
Yeah, the point of the exercise was to try and kick off a longer story about the two of them trying to go to bed together and the whole thing failing miserably. But it didn't happen.
