I was trying to set up the beginning as rote and routine - after all, weird is only weird relative to normal, so to produce weirdness one must first define the norm from which it deviates - and was vaguely thinking of adding more on the human radio and sound-surfing, but it didn't come up again.

It wasn't the Bermuda Triangle I had in mind but your recent post on number stations and Amelia Earhart. The countdown was lifted, bad fish, from Naamah's Ozark transmission.
