I seem to recall I had a vague idea it would end up with Prime spending the night on the floor in Starscream & Megatron's hotel room, wondering where his life went wrong, but I can't remember what the point of it all was. As said, Slingshot ran into the other Seekers and was hanging out by a pool drinking and making a fool of himself.
