Hey, for something written-while-tired, this is darn enjoyable. Like Scott, I agree that it makes sense (and is pretty much implied in his profile, yes) that Bluestreak is a babbler because he can't abide silence. Which makes me wonder about Thundercracker and his tendency to babble/think out loud.
Typo nitpicks: Do you think we'l get through? - should be "we'll"
It was almost a relief when he heard the gutteral rattle of helicopters approaching. - should be "guttural"
