Well, if the scars don't degrade combat performance and don't hamper him in getting off, why bother getting them fixed? Starscream is fairly pragmatic, and while he's vain, not too many people are going to be seeing him naked. Also, if Dreadmoon is any indication, Decepticons find under-scars sexy, so again, why waste time getting them fixed up all 'pretty'?

It's pretty much a badfic trope to make Character X Last Of The Females, so maybe that wormed its way into your head somehow.

Hah, I would have written all the Autobots as having dentata, too, if I ever had the urge to write a fic where that was relevant. Which, thankfully, I so don't.

The G2s would have thought about robotifying the robots, I am pretty sure, what with their, "I have no idea that organic life is even alive," issue.

Design line banging taboos would be kind of interesting.

Ugh, I was asked in chat yesterday if I was a femme or not. I ended up replying that I don't believe in femmes, but I was sorely tempted to reply that I was butch or something.

...actually, if Dreadmoon has brains in his boots, to really expose his full vulnerability to Starscream, shouldn't he have taken his boots off, too?

True, true, although for them to be "sexy" then having scars, not getting them fixed, would have to be a relatively common thing ... just seems a mite odd somehow.
